🏠 1. Free Home Delivery in Gurgaon
We proudly offer Free Home Delivery within Gurgaon for all orders — no minimum order value required.
For other cities and states, nominal shipping charges may apply based on weight and delivery distance.
⏰ 2. Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery within Gurgaon & NCR: 1–2 working days.
- Delivery to other cities in India: 3–6 working days depending on your location.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to festivals, holidays, or courier delays.
📦 3. Packaging & Safety
All Pindora Farm products are:
- Hygienically packed in high-quality, leak-proof containers
- Double-checked before dispatch
- Sealed to ensure freshness and purity
We take extra care while shipping ghee and other food items to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.
💳 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes in India.
- Please ensure you have the exact payment ready at the time of delivery.
🧾 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or SMS.
You can track your parcel’s status until it reaches your doorstep.

If your order is delayed or returned due to incomplete address or unavailability, we will contact you for re-delivery.
