We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product.
  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

Note: Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To raise a request:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear pictures/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24โ€“48 hours.

Once your claim is verified:

  • You may choose a replacement (same product) or a store credit/refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used ghee or grocery products
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Products bought during discounts or special offers (unless defective)
